Hello, world

This is the first post on the new site. The old one was a static résumé page that hadn’t been touched in years — it had outlived its usefulness about three career chapters ago.

The plan for this version is the opposite: keep it small, but write here regularly. Mostly notes from things I’m working on — homelab projects, code I ran into trouble with, the slow migration of my brain toward networking and security work.

What’s here

• A short about page that’s actually about me rather than my résumé
• A /now page that I’ll keep current as a forcing function
• This blog, with RSS because I still believe in feeds
• A projects page for things worth pointing at

Code is over on GitLab. Email is in the footer. That’s the whole surface area, on purpose.

What’s coming

I have a backlog of “I should write that down” moments from the past year. Working through them slowly.
